1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkpk bdt platform ("Platform", "Site") and all its services, games, betting features, and related activities. Definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account on tkpk bdt or uses any service on the site.
• "Platform" — the tkpk bdt website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "Services" — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and other entertainment activities.
• "Account" — a user's registered personal profile through which the site's services can be accessed.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Must have a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in their own name.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account on tkpk bdt. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. tkpk bdt reserves the right to close any account created with incorrect or false information.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

tkpk bdt strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. After account creation or at any time, the platform may request documents to verify a user's age and identity.

Any one of the following documents is generally accepted for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving Licence

If the required documents are not submitted in time, account activity may be temporarily suspended. Once verification is complete, normal activity will resume.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following deposit methods are currently available on tkpk bdt:

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Payments made from third-party accounts will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.

4.3 Payment Information Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, tkpk bdt reserves the right to verify the user's payment information. If any irregularity is found in a transaction, the withdrawal may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkpk bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning you must place bets 25 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each promotion applies once per account only.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — whether a bonus applies to a specific game will be stated in the promotion's detailed description.
• Real money and bonus money are tracked separately until the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of claiming bonuses through fraudulent means is found, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members of the tkpk bdt VIP program receive weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total wins). For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

6 Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All games on tkpk bdt are operated using software from verified and reputable game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe). Game results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated in any way.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the result of that round will be determined from server logs. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change after they are set. The odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted shall be considered final. In the event a match or event is cancelled or rescheduled, bet settlement will follow the guidelines announced by tkpk bdt.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk bdt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to attempt to influence game results.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other users or platform staff.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 21 in creating an account.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.

If evidence of involvement in any of these prohibited activities is found, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by tkpk bdt

tkpk bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Failure to submit required identity verification documents in time.
• At the direction of a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may at any time contact tkpk bdt customer support to request closure of their account. Any remaining balance (provided wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

A self-exclusion or temporary break request can also be made in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

In any situation, tkpk bdt's maximum financial liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by the relevant user in that transaction.

12 Changes to Terms
